Search Instructions

You must search by at least one of the following:

Company Name – Full or partial name accepted.
State – There is no need to select a state if a ZIP code is entered.
ZIP – Searching fewer than 5 digits is allowed.
Only Companies w/ Potential Rollover Opportunities (5310 filings) – selecting this option searches both open and closed rollover opportunities. Checking one of the Open or Closed options narrows the search based on your selection.
Only Companies w/ Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (Top Hat filings) – selecting this option searches only these plans
Pension/Retirement Plan Type – Selecting a radio button will narrow your plan type.
Total Assets & Total Participants – Enter any range in the field(s).

ToolTips – Roll your mouse over a company name to display alternate company names (DBA, historical, etc.).
Avg. Assets / Avg. Participants – This is an average of the total assets and total participants in all retirement and pension plans for a particular sponsor.
